| Being tuned in to its customers' needs, the Group undertakes to develop more and more specifically adapted marketable grades, from both technical and environmental points of view, and provides an efficient technical assistance based on a long-standing experience. |
| Thanks to this adaptation and anticipation capability, the Group is able to strengthen its position on the market by diversifying its range of products. Thus, over the years, new grades of phosphoric acid have been developed (while only one was marketed back in 1987). Similarly, TSP and DAP fertilizers
particle size has been adjusted so as to follow market developments. Lastly, since 1998, purified phosphoric acid has been produced and marketed in collaboration with Belgian (Prayon) and German (Budenheim) partners.
