By creating the Research and Innovation Department, the Group aims at consolidating its competitive advantage through continuation of research promotion, development of new products, and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of all the value chain links. The Research and Innovation Department’s main role is to enhance innovating attitudes and promote innovation by encouraging the personnel through a system allowing to recognize innovative contributions, consolidate the technological wealth and preserve the Group’s knowledge and know-how, by means of a suitable strategy of industrial property protection.
