OCP Fertilizers adapted to soils and crops
OCP Fertilizers adapted to soils and crops
To meet this challenge, OCP Group places innovation at the heart of its strategy. It is a matter of perfectly adapting fertilizer to soil, climate, and crop needs so that the required quality and quantity of nutrients are available to ensure increased crop yields. Together with its local partners, OCP Group has developed soil fertility maps in Guinea, Togo, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, and Gambia, among others, and is developing custom solutions to meet the requirements of each land. This is how we help farmers to grow while using less inputs.
By 2050, a 77% increase in world agricultural production will be required to meet the demand for food. At OCP, we believe that this increase will be achieved through sustainable and resilient agriculture.
