OCP Group moves to telework to ensure business continuity
To limit the spread of COVID-19, OCP Group has set up a system of work flexibility in all its industrial sites and at the headquarters in Casablanca, for employees whose activities do not require a physical presence.
The objective of the work-from-home system is to reduce direct human contact while ensuring adequate continuity of services.
All employees, in Morocco and abroad, whose responsibilities do not require a presence on site as part of the Business continuity plans put in place, are concerned. Thanks to the digitalization process launched by the Group a few years ago, they are equipped with digital teleworking tools and with the necessary support to fulfill their missions.
Each industrial site has developed Business continuity plans (BCPs) to allow all employees to maintain operations in optimal conditions and in perfect coordination with our various private and institutional partners. This is done in a strict compliance with the health and safety measures recommended by international organizations and national authorities.
